Well done, No. 5...

Election results looked pretty good.
Nicely played, DFL. Just don't screw it up.

The 5th district of MN seemed to turn out ok -- we kept Kennedy out of the Senate, thank heavens. I guess that's what happens when you're endorsed by the NRA.
I'm still scared about Michelle Bachmann making it into the MN House; she genuinely frightens me. In a set of elections where Democrats swept pretty much everything, I find it incredible that she could beat out Patty Wetterling by a healthy margin. Clearly something is in the water in the north suburbs.

We also got instant run-off voting in Minneapolis. Score. With luck that will entice some larger governments to adopt it, too.
In the meantime, I'm continuing to relish in the contentment of the results... I'm dreading the inevitable disgrace that will eventually come...
